did a mile wu then the kicker and it went SO good! Once again I was sick of giving up and not believing in myself when I did the kicker so this time beforehand I was pumping tons of positive thoughts through my head, I got good sleep, I visualized, and I came to practice ready to run my hardest because giving up was not an option today. And man did it pay off, pretty sure I pr'd by 10 secs and it felt so much better then last time. Got a 10:09 which isn't amazing but its definitely a step towards going sub 10:00 next time. Abs and hips :)
